"Threaded Blooms" is a celebration of technical knit innovation and floral artistry, bringing together intricate knit programming with a delicate, pastel-inspired palette. Designed to showcase expertise in Knit CAD, this project explores the seamless translation of conceptual designs into production-ready knitted fabrics, highlighting a deep understanding of both design aesthetics and machine programming.
The color palette blends soft pinks, whites, greens, and greys, creating a harmonious contrast that enhances the intricacy of the knit structures. Each floral motif is meticulously crafted through precise stitch programming, ensuring both visual beauty and technical feasibility for production.
Technical Execution:
4-Color Jacquard – Engineered for complex multi-tone floral patterns with depth and precision.
Intarsia – Carefully programmed for seamless color transitions, avoiding floats and ensuring clean motifs.
Cables & Transfer Stitches – Designed to add dimension and structure, mimicking the organic movement of vines and petals.
Front & Back Bed Knitting – Used strategically to create contrast between textures, elevating the tactile quality of the fabric.
Every stitch, transfer, and color transition has been meticulously programmed, from Knit CAD development to machine execution, ensuring that the designs are both aesthetically refined and technically sound for production.
